Lordstown Motors Corp. Management Corrective Statement

As previously disclosed, on June 13, 2021, Steve Burns resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and from the Company’s Board of Directors. The Company clarified that Mr. Burns elected to resign as the Company begins to transition from the R&D and early production phase to the commercial production phase of its business, and that Mr. Burns’ decision was not the result of the work or findings of the Board’s Special Committee.
